Single Ticket Policies

Refunds:

Refunds are not given for single ticket purchases; however you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted until 12:00pm (noon) on the day of your performance. If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, the difference in cost is due at the time of exchange.

Late seating:

In order to respect all patrons as well as our actors, those who arrive late for a performance will need to wait until an appropriate break to be seated. This will be at the discretion of the House Manager.

Seating:

All seats for all shows are general admission–with the exception of group sale tickets. Please arrive early to select your preferred seat. The house opens 30  minutes before showtime. Come early and enjoy a glass of wine or a snack from our concession stand.
