Seating
All seats for all shows are general admission–with the exception of group sale tickets. Please arrive early to select your preferred seat. The house opens 30  minutes before showtime. Come early and enjoy a glass of wine or a snack from our concession stand.

Dress Code
Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte does not have an official dress code. Feel free to come as you are.

Inclement Weather
Actor’s Theatre does not cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement weather. Should you be unable to attend due to inclement weather, please call the Box Office at 704.342.2251 ext.1 to exchange your tickets.

Late Seating
Patrons who arrive late for a performance will need to wait until an appropriate break in the performance to be seated. Appropriate seating for latecomers is at the discretion of the director and the House Manager.

Refreshments & Snacks
Our concession stand offers a selection of wine, beer, sodas and other beverages and snacks for your convenience. Concessions are available one hour prior to performances and during intermission. And, yes, you can take your concessions into the theatre!

Ticket Exchanges
If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Please be advised of the following regarding ticket exchanges:

• Exchanges are accepted until 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of your performance.
• If exchanging to a higher-priced performance, the difference in cost is due at the time of exchange. Refunds are NOT given for exchanges into lower-priced performances.

Ticket Refunds
Refunds are NOT given for single ticket purchases; however, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production (based on ticket availability.)   ***Please see our ticket exchange policy above for more information.
